Hi eveyone! Juz got back to blogging so i'm posting the pics of the log cakes i made for my frenz in dec 05. *Not for the faint-hearted - pls do not puke k?
The first 2kg logcake i made on 24th dec.
The5kg cake i made for my office peepz... itz a lot bigger than the pic seem to imply... trust me!
Snow covered log no.2- i think i overdid the snow effect in my enthusiasm!!
Er... think tis looks marginally better... itz log no.2. somehow i din beat the cream as long as the first one... the cream is kinda softer...
all three logs are made with chocolate swiss rolls filled with butter cream n then topped with whipped (very) chocolatey cream! mayb i'll do a blackforest one this year!
